Company Overview

Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) collaborates with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC through its wholly owned affiliate Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company (ACP). Together, they manage multiple joint ventures in Al-Jubail's Eastern Province Industrial City, including Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (SCP), Jubail Chevron Phillips Company (JCP), and Saudi Polymers Company (SPCo) in partnership with the National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem).

Purpose

The role involves performing routine repair, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoring analyzer process equipment and systems to ensure they remain available and reliable to support plant operations. The position operates under supervision and adherence to maintenance Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a safety role model embracing the principle "Work safely or not at all," guided by the Tenets of Operation for decision-making.
• Promote proactive safety awareness by identifying and addressing at-risk behaviors and conditions to achieve zero incidents.
• Interpret diagrams and schematic drawings to devise appropriate work procedures.
• Review and understand work orders and carry out required tasks accordingly.
• Secure necessary work permits to conduct maintenance tasks.
• Perform maintenance activities on process equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify issues in process equipment and systems.
• Support testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment and systems.
• Assist in turnaround maintenance operations.
• Implement risk control and safety protocols to ensure safe completion of tasks, complying with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Participate in toolbox meetings before commencing work.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.
• Document completed work using test forms and condition reports.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures rigorously during maintenance work.
• Adhere strictly to environmental, health, safety, and quality policies, ensuring compliance and promoting a responsible environmental mindset.
• Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the operational excellence process schedule.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the Supervisor of Analyzers.
• Ability to interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and regulatory materials.
• Capable of preparing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Effectively communicate and respond to inquiries from management, clients, customers, and the public.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or equivalent in Analytical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering disciplines.
