Role Overview

This contractual remote position involves creating sophisticated visual reasoning challenges anchored in genuine industrial and engineering contexts, particularly within telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise complex visual reasoning tasks based on authentic engineering and industrial artifacts.
• Develop multi-step problems requiring reasoning, analysis, troubleshooting, design interpretation, planning, or decision-making.
• Ensure visual artifacts are vital to solving tasks, making textual information insufficient alone.
• Focus question design on structural, spatial, functional, and system-level reasoning rather than simple visual lookup or OCR.
• Work specifically with telecommunications domain materials such as network topology diagrams and infrastructure layouts.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in engineering simulation, modeling, digital twins, computer-aided engineering (CAE), verification, validation, or system design interpreting real technical artifacts.
• Deep familiarity with engineering documentation and professional technical artifacts.
• Proficiency in understanding complex diagrams, drawings, schematics, layouts, and system representations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent technical writing and communication aptitude.
• Ability to clearly articulate engineering reasoning in a structured, detailed way.
