Role Overview

We are seeking a Medical Annotation Trainer who is an MBBS graduate to lead and improve the skills of medical annotators. Your role involves designing and delivering effective training sessions focused on medical coding systems and annotation processes to ensure compliance with client requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and utilize various medical coding systems such as SNOMED, RxNorm, CPT, ICD 10, and LOINC.
• Identify training needs by reviewing project objectives, assessing annotators’ skill sets and knowledge, monitoring their performance, and considering feedback from clients and management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and onboarding plans for new annotators.
• Create and prepare training materials that support learning objectives.
• Conduct surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Regularly review annotators’ work to ensure quality standards are met.

Training Impact and Mentorship

Your primary responsibility is to enhance annotators’ understanding of medical records and the appropriate annotation methods. This includes leading training sessions, assessing the impact of these sessions, providing individual mentorship, and performing periodic quality audits of annotators’ outputs. Ensuring alignment with the client's medical data annotation goals and internal policies is key.

• Location: Noida, Sector 62
• Shift Timings: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (9 hours)
• Work Mode: Onsite at the office
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
