The Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Training Advisor to convert technical knowledge into compelling learning materials. Reporting to the Content & Design Lead, you will use your expertise in Gallagher Security products to develop and refine technically precise, engaging, and straightforward training content. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Training Delivery, and Learning Design teams, you will ensure that customers, channel partners, and internal teams receive superior educational resources that enhance knowledge and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical insights to aid creation, review, and enhancement of learning content.
• Evaluate learning designs, storyboards, and modules ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
• Develop clear technical documentation that simplifies complex concepts into practical learning.
• Stay current with Gallagher Security product updates, including Command Centre and hardware.
• Support training simulator testing and upkeep quality training assets.
• Address training system support inquiries, assess online course progress, and give feedback to trainees when needed.

Your Profile

You are a credible technical communicator passionate about knowledge sharing and empowerment. Utilizing your hands-on experience with Gallagher Security solutions, you simplify technical concepts and create practical learning opportunities while fostering collaborative relationships across the organization and with customers.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience supporting and working with Gallagher Command Centre and Security hardware.
• Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in a technical product-related position.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly and confidently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities engaging diverse audiences.
• Understanding of the Access Control sector, with preference for knowledge of Installers, Technicians, and Customers.
• Good grasp of networking, device troubleshooting, and technical support environments.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, sound judgment, and effective cross-team collaboration skills.
