The Technical Support Executive is responsible for maintaining secure information technology infrastructures that incorporate physical identification tools such as fingerprint and iris scanners alongside digital networks. This role involves overseeing system hardware, ensuring secure data transmission, maintaining high network availability, and strictly adhering to data privacy regulations.
