Job description
About the Role
The position is for a Technical Recruiter, responsible for identifying and acquiring talent in both IT and Non-IT sectors. The role is based in Goregaon East and Kandivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
Key Duties
- Utilize multiple job portals and platforms to source qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and shortlist applicants to match job specifications.
- Conduct initial screening calls from an HR perspective.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and their joining process status.
- Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for upcoming recruitment needs.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- For IT recruitment roles: degree holders in BSc IT, BCA, B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science.
- For Non-IT recruitment roles: graduates from any discipline with good academic records.
Salary and Incentives
The remuneration ranges between INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month on a net take-home basis, with additional incentives based on interview performance.
