Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with expertise in managing recruitment for US-based clients. This role involves overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle, cooperating with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements, and sourcing premier technical talent aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including resume evaluation, interviewing candidates, negotiating employment offers, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Create positive candidate experiences throughout their journey.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Technical recruiting background with a thorough grasp of various technical job roles and necessary skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills facilitating collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is advantageous.

• This role requires working US Central Standard Time (CST) hours.
