Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This position focuses on sourcing and hiring top engineering and technical talent by collaborating closely with engineering leadership to ensure a precise fit for each role.
Key Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and technical positions.
- Identify candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, relevant communities, and employee referrals.
- Carry out technical screenings and coordinate with hiring committees for candidate assessments.
- Organize complex interview schedules with engineering managers.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close candidate offers.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system data and improve recruitment funnel efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years experience in technical recruiting, either in-house or agency-based.
- In-depth knowledge of various engineering roles and technology stacks.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary ATS systems.
- Advanced sourcing expertise including Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and GitHub sourcing techniques.
- Strong abilities in managing relationships with engineering stakeholders.
- Proven success in recruiting senior engineering professionals in competitive environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the discretion to manage confidential information.
- Effective written and oral communication skills suited to diverse cultures and levels of seniority.
- Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Comfortable working asynchronously across multiple time zones.

Compensation
