Role Overview

As a Tech Recruiter at Kraken, you will join a team of top-tier recruitment professionals focused on tech talent acquisition worldwide. Operating within a fully remote, high-autonomy, and asynchronous environment, your role involves collaborating closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to strategize and implement hiring plans that attract top talent aligned with our mission amidst a challenging market.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and teams to develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies informed by data and market insights.
• Create and apply innovative sourcing methods tailored to prioritized openings, maintaining awareness of industry trends.
• Drive organizational change by engaging in challenging conversations and acting in Kraken's best interests.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, proactively identifying and resolving obstacles to secure high-quality hires.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance recruitment speed and quality, exploring tools that improve workflow efficiency.
• Promote Kraken's culture by ensuring alignment between candidates' values and our mission.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening global recruiting infrastructure and defining excellence within the company.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Demonstrated recruitment experience in fast-paced, high-standard technology or product companies; experience in crypto, fintech, or product-oriented organizations is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze hiring challenges fundamentally and devise effective solutions beyond standard protocols.
• Proficient use of AI in daily recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, market analysis, and reporting, with proven impact on output quality.
• Consistently high energy and drive, maintaining momentum and proactive engagement in all tasks.
• Resourceful and opportunistic mindset, viewing challenges as chances for innovation.
• Strong understanding of product dynamics.
• Solid foundations in talent acquisition principles combined with creativity and curiosity towards modern recruiting strategies.
• High personal accountability with a bias toward decisive action; ability to influence stakeholders and secure exceptional talent uncompromisingly.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and operating efficiently in a fully asynchronous, remote team setting.
• An interest in financial technologies and cryptocurrencies.
