Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to become a valuable part of our HR department in Jaipur. The chosen professional will handle complete recruitment cycles, from sourcing to onboarding, specializing in IT roles. This position involves establishing hiring strategies to fulfill the staffing needs of our organization or clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist candidates for IT roles using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Ceipal.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring smooth transitions from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop and sustain both active and passive candidate pipelines to meet hiring requirements.
• Perform initial screening calls to evaluate both technical capabilities and culture fit.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Accurately maintain candidate records within the Ceipal Applicant Tracking System.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Ceipal recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication abilities along with effective stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of IT job roles and relevant technologies.
• A proactive, target-driven work style with keen attention to detail.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record in sourcing and closing IT positions.

Work Details

• Work Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Onsite requirement)
• Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
