Information Technology Project Manager - Asset & Wealth Management

About the Role

Seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 15 years of professional experience specializing in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, and Investment Advisory sectors. The ideal candidate must hold a PMP certification and demonstrate expertise in managing technology and business projects within these financial domains.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate projects from initiation through completion in Wealth Management and Private Banking environments.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage execution phases, address risks, monitor dependencies, control budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, business units, and technology teams.
• Lead requirements gathering, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage implementation stages, and supervise deployment into production.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulations and compliance standards relevant to Wealth Management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is mandatory.
• Extensive project management experience within financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, and Investment Advisory functions.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance related to Wealth Management.

Preferred Product Experience

• Hands-on experience with Avaloq banking software.
• Familiarity with Fusion Invest by Finastra.
• Experience using Multifonds platform.
