Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Bring over a decade of technical project or program management expertise, overseeing multiple complex initiatives from initiation to completion in fast-evolving environments.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of software development life cycles and engineering practices to guide projects effectively.
• Leverage a solid foundation in cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, databases, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and application architectures.
• Lead diverse cross-functional technical teams and navigate complex technology programs to successful outcomes.
• Employ Agile and Scrum methodologies extensively to manage and adapt project workflows.
• Utilize hands-on experience with artificial intelligence and generative AI tools, including platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Exhibit excellent skills in managing stakeholders, communicating effectively, solving problems, prioritizing tasks, and demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Possess the acumen to comprehend technical trade-offs, offer constructive challenges to decisions, and steer teams toward clear, measurable results.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in any discipline, or any other graduate degree.

Compensation

The annual salary offer ranges between 2,000,000 and 3,000,000 INR.
