Role Overview and Responsibilities
This role requires extensive development expertise with healthcare management systems, focusing on .NET technologies and Guiding Care platforms. The candidate will handle production support for healthcare applications, including integration workflows and related systems.
- Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows and other healthcare applications.
- Identify and fix issues by debugging API interactions, middleware logs, and SQL data anomalies.
- Perform root cause analyses and implement minor bug fixes or patches using C# and .NET.
- Create automation scripts to validate configurations and conduct regression testing.
- Monitor the performance of integration endpoints and eliminate bottlenecks to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain a knowledge base documenting recurrent problems and corresponding solutions.
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule supporting 24x7 operations with flexible shifts.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders, especially during critical incidents like outages.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and managing databases.
- Experience with backend programming in Java.
- Familiarity with system integration using RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
- Knowledge of web services architecture.
- Exposure to reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
- Understanding and experience in US healthcare domain are mandatory.
- Involvement with AI applications in application support is a plus.
