Role Overview

With ongoing expansion in AI71's Engineering and Product teams, the Technical Program Management (TPM) function is pivotal in steering delivery of our product roadmap. This opening is within the TPM team dedicated to ASK, our agentic platform that enables enterprises and governments to search data, generate content, and coordinate multi-agent workflows integrating their existing toolsets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive daily impact within assigned teams enhancing clarity, focus, and scope; collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, Designers, Software Engineers, ML Engineers, and DevOps to align priorities and ensure timely, quality project deliveries.
• Analyze product requirements and technical designs to identify dependencies and risks early; coordinate efforts across involved teams, typically supporting one or two teams with projects ranging from technical implementations to feature evolution on the ASK platform.
• Lead at least one complex, cross-functional initiative spanning Engineering, Product, and leadership levels, managing it end-to-end; challenge existing practices to improve organizational effectiveness and team workflows.
• Contribute to building and evolving the TPM function by organizing retrospectives, refining collaborative rituals, and innovating operational approaches; participate actively in recruiting and employer branding efforts within TPM and Engineering divisions.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related roles coordinating technically complex projects within fast-paced settings. Backgrounds from engineering management, technical product management, or production areas are also welcomed.
• Engineering knowledge is highly valued; while coding is not required, reading and critiquing code and technical designs is expected.
• Resourcefulness to navigate uncharted operational territories and help shape emerging processes.
• Technical curiosity with capability or eagerness to quickly master AI concepts relevant to product architecture, including LLMs, agents, evaluation systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration.
• A strong sense of ownership demonstrated by leading complex programs to completion.
• Exceptional interpersonal influence without formal authority, maintaining credibility across engineers, product managers, and leadership.
• Clarity in identifying cross-team dependencies and organizational bottlenecks; excellent communication skills fostering alignment through clear writing and guidance.

Preferred Experience

Prior involvement with agentic systems, AI platforms, or enterprise SaaS products is advantageous.
