Overview
BENCH is pioneering an AI quality platform designed to support teams developing production AI systems. As a Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the founding team, engineers, and clients to deeply understand how organizations assess AI performance, identify system weaknesses, and determine the next features BENCH should develop.
Key Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of product priorities by converting both technical challenges and customer feedback into precise product requirements, guiding features from initial concept to live deployment. This role demands a technically adept manager who is comfortable engaging with CTOs, engineering leaders, and AI teams around subjects such as prompts, machine learning models, evaluation metrics, retrieval mechanisms, quality assurance, cost factors, and production deployment of AI systems.
