Role Overview

We are seeking a technically experienced product manager to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI Agent solutions for Veeva Labeling, a cutting-edge product being developed by a fast-moving startup-like team with substantial public company resources. This role involves expertise in AI application design and building AI agents that create, validate drug labeling content, and streamline related workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop prototypes of AI product features specifically for Veeva Labeling.
• Design and implement scalable AI Agent applications encompassing data flow, orchestration, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to automate critical business operations via AI technology.
• Conduct evaluations of AI Agents to ensure effectiveness and alignment with goals.
• Communicate product features and their value proposition clearly to both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, technical consulting, or engineering, including a minimum of 2 years concentrated on AI and machine learning applications.
• Proficiency in designing data flows, selecting algorithms, and integrating models.
• Practical coding skills in Python along with hands-on engagement with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques.
• Strong teamwork abilities to engage effectively with engineering, UX design, and other product management roles.
• Excellent communication skills capable of interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced and minimally supervised setting.
• Candidates must reside in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Preferred Background

• Experience in roles such as data scientist, machine learning engineer, or data engineer.
• Familiarity with life sciences industry.
• Experience creating products on application development platforms.
• Background in developing software for highly regulated industries.
• Skillful at collaborating remotely with customers and distributed teams across multiple geographies.

• Base salary range from 100000 to 150000 Canadian dollars annually, contingent on experience and location.
