- Balance trade-offs between accuracy, speed, cost-efficiency, reliability, regulatory compliance, and user experience.
- Integrate regulatory compliance requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing into products.
- Employ AI technologies effectively where they enhance outcomes, including setting evaluation benchmarks, safeguards, human oversight, and failure protocols.
- Coordinate launches that depend on regulatory approvals, financial infrastructure, and third-party partners.
- Ensure alignment among Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance teams for smooth product rollout.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from concept to production.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
- Proven collaboration with engineers and capability to critique and influence technical designs.
- Experience in regulated finance domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
- Excellent product decision-making skills under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
- Experience with AI or large language models (LLMs), including product evaluation, reliability, and judicious AI application.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Background in engineering or highly technical product roles.
- Track record of developing fintech or consumer products from conceptualization (zero-to-one).
- Expertise in establishing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-powered solutions.
Expected Outcomes
- Develop clear vertical strategy and transparent roadmaps.
- Deliver products quickly while overcoming critical launch obstacles.
- Ensure financial accuracy and prevent user misinformation regarding fund status.
- Implement AI features that are dependable, valuable, and trustworthy.
- Make deliberate trade-offs that stand up to scrutiny under uncertainty.
- Maintain minimal friction through alignment among cross-functional teams.
