Technical Product Manager

Company Overview and Role Summary

WillWare Technologies seeks a seasoned Technical Product Manager to shape and lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of its platform-based product offerings. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, operating in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization along with detailed delivery plans.
• Take ownership of product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlog prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Coordinate and manage intricate technical and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery independently, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Balance the demands of business objectives, customer needs, technical limitations, and delivery schedules effectively.
• Work jointly with technical teams on aspects such as APIs, platform architecture, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies impacting delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote alignment across Scrum/SAFe teams.
• Communicate clearly product priorities, progress updates, risks, and critical decisions to all stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions with both business and technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• 6 or more years of experience in Product Management or as a Technical Product Owner.
• Deep expertise with platform-based products and APIs.
• Sound knowledge of distributed systems and technical architectures.
• Extensive experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Proven competency in managing complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, and requirements elicitation.
• Effective at balancing business priorities against technical constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to independently manage product delivery with minimal oversight.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-level platforms or digital product environments.
• Familiarity working alongside engineering and architecture teams.
• Knowledge of API lifecycle management, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Experience handling product management in large-scale enterprise Agile/SAFe settings.
