Technical Operations Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a highly attentive and proactive Technical Support Associate with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree to oversee and maintain daily application workflows. The candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for technical support, ensuring system stability, troubleshooting workflow disruptions, and supporting both internal teams and client-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily application processes, including jobs, data transfers, and automated pipelines to guarantee continuous operation.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical incidents related to applications, escalating more complex issues to the development team.
• Execute routine operational duties such as running scheduled batch scripts, performing database queries, and reconciling data inconsistencies.
• Respond to user support tickets involving access problems, application errors, and data discrepancies within defined response times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or a comparable IT-related discipline.
• Competency in SQL and database management with ability to write basic to intermediate queries.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux and Windows) along with scripting fundamentals.
• Familiarity with web applications, REST APIs, and the application development life cycle.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, accompanied by effective written and oral communication abilities.

Experience

Open to fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience in IT support, application operations, or production environments.
