Overview
Happiest Minds Technologies Limited, a recognized digital transformation partner, is seeking a seasoned Front-End Software Lead / Architect specializing in ReactJS to join their Bangalore office. The position requires extensive experience to drive the development of high-quality, performant, and accessible customer-centric web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop modern, responsive web applications using ReactJS and supporting technologies.
- Create reusable and maintainable user interface components and front-end services within a modular framework.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Back-End engineers to ensure alignment with product goals.
- Maintain rigorous standards for performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and user experience quality.
- Engage in architectural decisions related to front-end infrastructure and modular UI design.
- Conduct code reviews and help define front-end best practices and standards across projects.
Experience and Skills Required
- 12 to 16 years of professional experience in front-end software development.
- Demonstrated success delivering production-grade web applications in an agile environment.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Hands-on experience utilizing React Query, Redux, or analogous state management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and modular UI design patterns.
- Expertise in performance tuning and ensuring accessibility adherence.
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and browser APIs.
- Experience building applications incorporating WebSockets for real-time data updates.
