Role Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to step into a Technical Lead position. This role involves not only producing exceptional software but also enhancing team camaraderie. Candidates should exhibit curiosity, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm for working with future-focused tools in a flexible, hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions to real business problems.
• Offer expert technical guidance and consultancy to customers.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality technical experiences and outcomes.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and tools, and incorporate innovative ideas into solution designs.
• Contribute to establishing best practices, reusable frameworks, and components within Datacom's development processes.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to build intuitive user-facing tools and APIs that generate measurable business value.
• Ensure development projects meet budget, timeline, design, and security standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Passion for exploring and integrating AI technologies in software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in customer-centric scenarios.
• Adaptable and eager to learn emerging technologies.
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with the following is welcomed:
  • .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET, C#
  • RESTful API design and implementation
  • Front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, HTML, and CSS
  • Database design and management including SQL Server and MySQL
  • Experience with Azure cloud services or equivalent platforms

Preferred but Not Mandatory

• Experience using ORM tools like Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services.
• Experience integrating AI tools into software projects.
• Implementation of comprehensive unit and integration testing to uphold code quality and application stability.
