Job Overview
This role requires expertise in test data management, including the masking and obfuscation of production data. Candidates will primarily work with Delphix or equivalent industry tools such as Broadcom TDM or K2view. Key responsibilities include developing algorithms within these platforms and leading teams to clarify data-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee test data handling processes.
- Implement masking and obfuscation techniques on production data to ensure data confidentiality.
- Develop algorithms within Delphix or similar tools.
- Guide teams and assist in requirement clarification related to data management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid experience in Test Data Management concepts, including synthetic data generation and self-service data provisioning.
- Deep understanding of data compliance and maintaining continuous data availability.
- Proficiency in Java development; Python is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with Broadcom TDM is mandatory; experience with Delphix or equivalent tools highly preferred.
