Technical Lead

About the Role

This position is responsible for steering the architecture, design, development, integration, deployment, security, and ongoing operational support of enterprise apps, digital platforms, and eCommerce solutions. It encompasses technical leadership, solution architecture, hands-on coding, cloud engineering, enterprise integrations, DevSecOps, AI enablement, and governance to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and business-aligned technology outcomes.

The role functions as the main technical authority for application modernization, digital commerce platforms, enterprise integrations, cloud adoption, security governance, and AI-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development, technical design, architecture reviews, and delivery of enterprise systems.
• Create and understand design and architecture documents for complex integration and security deployments.
• Develop and maintain enterprise applications utilizing .NET, Next.js, Nest.js, MS SQL, No-SQL, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Analyze and contribute to Functional Specifications, Interface Specifications, High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, and Non-Functional Requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, cloud services, ERP systems, payment gateways, marketplace solutions, and external business systems.
• Lead integration projects using REST APIs, Microservices, Middleware, Apache NiFi, API Management, and IPaaS platforms.
• Deploy and support Identity and Access Management solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Manage deployment and support across On-Premises, Hybrid Cloud, Azure, AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker environments.
• Promote adoption of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD automation, security scanning, and secure software development.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security governance, and quality best practices.
• Lead troubleshooting, performance enhancement, production support, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership across development teams and software delivery processes.
• Drive AI adoption initiatives including AI-assisted development, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI integration.

Preferred eCommerce Experience

• Experience delivering and supporting large-scale eCommerce platforms and digital commerce ecosystems.
• Familiarity with platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Adobe Commerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise application development, integration, and digital solution delivery.
• Proven track record leading app modernization, cloud migration, enterprise integration, and eCommerce projects.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, cloud platforms, security governance, DevSecOps, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
