Technical Assistant

About the Role

Huijin Electronic India Private Limited, a recognized manufacturer and distributor of electronics chiefly dealing with vivo smartphones in Jharkhand since 2014, is seeking a Technical Assistant to join their team in Ranchi.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to Service Centers (SVCs) and retail branches.
• Support in testing and diagnosing device issues.
• Oversee maintenance of Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) and spare part inventories.
• Monitor and manage complaint resolution and warranty claim processes.
• Assist in conducting product training sessions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth operations and technical support.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Electronics, Communication, IT, or related fields including Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, or Applied Electronics and Instrumentation.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in mobile servicing or technical support.
• Familiarity with smartphones, Android operating system, hardware troubleshooting, diagnostic tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and inventory management.
