Job description
Role Overview
This role requires serving as a Technical Architect specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI). The candidate will be responsible for hands-on involvement in architecture and development related to MCI, with a focus on Education Cloud data models, advertising platform data integrations, and overall data ecosystem management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence solutions.
- Implement integrations with advertising platforms utilizing complex data models.
- Manage and create data streams, mappings, and transformations to ensure smooth data flow.
- Develop dashboards and reports utilizing SQL queries and API integrations to support marketing intelligence.
- Collaborate with teams to harness CRM and marketing funnel data for strategic insights.
Required Expertise
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence architecture and development.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Education Cloud data model for relevant integrations and data handling.
- Experience working with advertising/ad-platform data models and their integration with marketing intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with APIs used for data integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
