Responsibilities
- Support supervisors in daily production tasks to achieve targeted productivity and maintain high product quality.
- Perform machine setups and troubleshoot issues to maximize equipment uptime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning, ensuring instruments are calibrated on schedule.
- Execute maintenance work following documented procedures, managing spare parts inventory efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety, 6S, GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to management-directed projects aimed at continuous improvement.
- Be willing to work overtime and adapt to different work environments as needed.
