Job Overview
This role involves providing exceptional service in a food and beverage setting, ensuring that customers receive timely and courteous assistance while maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and drink orders to patrons promptly.
- Accurately take customer orders and ensure swift service.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols within the food and beverage area.
- Manage billing procedures including handling cash and POS transactions.
- Support stock control and inventory tracking activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster a positive dining experience.
- Adhere to established company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates with no prior experience.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact well with customers.
