Store Keeper

About the Role

Timezone is seeking a Store Keeper to be based at City Center Mall, Nashik. The candidate will efficiently manage stock, inventory, spare parts, materials, and supplies, ensuring smooth store operations and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all stock items including inventory, spare parts, and materials.
• Receive, inspect, and verify the incoming goods; ensure they are appropriately stored.
• Distribute materials and spare parts to relevant departments based on demand.
• Keep stock registers up to date with current inventory figures.
• Perform periodic physical stock audits and highlight any shortages or inconsistencies found.
• Ensure the store area is systematically organized, properly labeled, and well maintained.
• Track stock levels vigilantly and notify management regarding materials that need replenishment.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to fulfill inventory needs efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation such as records of inward and outward materials, invoices, and delivery papers.
• Handle and store all materials carefully to prevent damage or losses.
• Adhere to company regulations and uphold safety standards in the store’s environment.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in roles such as Store Keeper, Store Assistant, or inventory management is advantageous.
• Possess fundamental knowledge of stock handling and inventory control procedures.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Excel, for managing inventory records.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Responsible work approach with attentiveness to record accuracy.
• Preference will be given to candidates from retail, hospitality, entertainment, or comparable sectors.

Additional Information

Salary ranges from 22,000 to 25,000 INR per month. The position is located onsite at City Center Mall, Nashik.
