About the Role

Join SSP UK & Ireland as a Team Member based at Stansted Airport Tortilla outlet, providing exceptional hospitality to customers in a vibrant airport setting. The position offers a base pay of £13.35 per hour, with an additional incentive of £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, resulting in a total of £14.55 per hour during those times. Working hours span from 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM with flexible scheduling across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage warmly with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience and ensure each guest leaves satisfied.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to maintain smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Prepare and serve food items promptly, following established brand standards.
• Maintain adherence to all food safety, health, and safety protocols consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old due to specific role responsibilities and shift requirements.
• Provide references covering the past 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check as part of screening.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity, kindness, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
