About The Role

We are seeking full-time Team Members to join our retail team at Glasgow Central, M&S Simply Food. This role offers a starting pay rate of £12.85 per hour, with an additional incentive of £1.20 extra per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6am, increasing the pay rate to £14.05 per hour.

Shifts require a minimum of 30 hours per week with a start time from 5am, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays is essential.

About You

• You thrive in a fast-paced setting with a positive and friendly attitude, embodying retail at its best.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over to perform specific tasks and shifts within the role.
• Must be available to start shifts from 5am. Note that no public transport services run during these early hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-first approach in every task.
• Manage deliveries, stock movement, and handling, ensuring shelves are consistently stocked, clean, and well-organized.
• Work collaboratively with teamwork to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Prior retail experience is preferable.
