Position Overview
As a critical part of daily operations at Firehouse Subs, the Team Member serves on the front lines, ensuring the delivery of hearty, flavorful food and exceptional service that aligns with the brand’s mission.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare guest orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate professionally and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu and product offerings.
- Express genuine gratitude to guests for their patronage.
- Ensure workspaces remain organized, well-stocked, and sanitary.
- Participate in fundraising activities for the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety guidelines rigorously.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including cashier responsibilities and cleaning tasks.
- Be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as required.

Compensation and Work Environment
The role offers a wage between $15.50 and $16.00 per hour. Firehouse Subs is a family-owned franchise with deep roots in public safety and community support, founded by former firefighters who focus on serving quality food alongside philanthropic efforts through their Public Safety Foundation.
Additional Information
This position reports to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader. The hiring process and employment decisions are managed by the local franchise ownership. All inquiries regarding employment should be directed to the individual franchise location.
