Team Member

Overview

We are seeking diligent Team Members to join our bakery café operations team. This role involves direct interaction with customers, supporting food and beverage preparation, and maintaining overall outlet hygiene and service standards.

Primary Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and efficiently take orders.
• Manage billing and operate the cash counter when required.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and handling tasks.
• Prepare and serve beverages following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle packing of orders and manage online orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are met across the outlet.
• Help arrange stock and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure attractive and proper presentation of all food items, beverages, and the outlet environment.
• Offer support to the team, especially during peak hours and busy times.
• Adhere strictly to company SOPs, including food safety, hygiene, and discipline guidelines.
• Perform any other operational tasks as instructed by the Outlet Manager.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact well with customers.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage operations within a hospitality setup.
• Eagerness to learn various operational aspects including kitchen work, billing, beverage service, and order packing.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and efficiently handle busy periods.

Experience and Eligibility

We welcome candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in restaurants, bakeries, cafés, quick-service restaurants (QSR), or the food-service industry. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
