Primary Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service, always placing customer needs as a priority and surpassing their expectations.
• Assist the Store Manager by contributing retail expertise to daily operational activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster an effective team environment.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail ensuring safety protocols and operational accuracy are upheld.
• Demonstrate flexibility in schedule, including willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends as required.

Qualification Criteria

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Competence in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions precisely.
• Strong communication abilities paired with teamwork skills.
• Availability to work a seven-day weekly roster with mandatory overnight and weekend shifts.
