Role Overview

At Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants, our Team Members play an essential role in delivering an outstanding experience to our guests. Working within the Corporate Field Operations team, you will help ensure Checkers & Rally’s is the preferred choice for customers by serving with enthusiasm, speed, and quality.

Daily Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Communicate concerns and suggestions promptly to the General Manager.
• Recognize and address guest needs efficiently and courteously.
• Participate in cross-training programs and achieve certification across multiple job roles.
• Follow company policies and procedures to enhance the experience for both guests and team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere for employees and visitors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or food preparation is beneficial.
• Basic arithmetic skills are necessary for role tasks.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including extended hours, to meet operational needs.
• High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to core company values: integrity, service, excellence, and courageous growth.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferable.
• Food safety certification is an advantage.
