Role Overview
The Assistant Manager plays a critical leadership role in day-to-day restaurant operations, working closely under the General Manager. This position oversees key areas such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring product quality standards are met consistently.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience supervising staff within the quick service restaurant sector
- Completion of high school education
- Motivated to develop professionally and expand skillsets
- Possession of a valid driver's license
