Candidate Profile

As the face of Tortilla, our Team Members play a key role. Experience in bars, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, or fast food chains is beneficial, but not essential. We value enthusiasm to learn, friendliness, and an outgoing personality to help create a vibrant atmosphere.

Those with backgrounds as Pot Washers, Kitchen Porters, Kitchen Assistants, Prep Chefs, Commis Chefs, or Line Chefs wishing to continue working behind the scenes are welcome, particularly if eager to cross-train in customer service. A strong commitment to our fresh food ethos and readiness to work with top-quality ingredients is essential.
