Role Overview

We are looking to welcome a Team Member in Bournemouth on either a part-time or full-time, permanent basis. You will be the face of Tortilla, delivering exceptional customer service and helping to create the lively, friendly atmosphere we're known for.

What You'll Do

• Engage warmly with customers, ensuring they enjoy terrific service and leave happy.
• Handle food preparation tasks, including making fresh toppings and recipes behind the scenes.
• Support kitchen operations if you have experience as kitchen staff or are eager to learn.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Adhere to our #eatfresh philosophy by working with the best, freshest, highest quality ingredients.

Who We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing individuals with an enthusiastic attitude who enjoy learning.
• Prior experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, coffee shops, or fast food chains is welcomed but not essential.
• Those aspiring to work behind the scenes as Pot Washer, Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, Prep Chef, Commis Chef, or Line Chef, or interested in cross-training in customer service.
• A positive, team-oriented personality with a winning smile who contributes to a vibrant workplace.
