Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and increase profits by enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Report any concerns or suggestions to the General Manager promptly.
• Recognize and respond to guest requirements effectively.
• Complete cross-training and certification across various roles.
• Follow established policies and procedures to boost satisfaction for both guests and employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and guests within the restaurant.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in guest service or food preparation preferred.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and extended hours as needed.
• High energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to core values: integrity, service, excellence, and the courage to be bold and grow.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food safety certification is desirable.
