Job Overview

This position is the most senior Team Member role within the store, providing excellent training including piercing services, along with opportunities for advancement such as progressing to Assistant Manager. The role benefits from strong support through Store and Regional Managers, as well as coaching responsibilities for part-time colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service infused with a passion for fashion
• Conduct piercing services professionally and safely
• Maintain stock availability by replenishing sold items promptly
• Operate the cash register accurately
• Ensure the store is clean and welcoming at opening and closing
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers and team members

Compensation

• Hourly rates based on age group: £8.00 for ages 16–17, £10.85 for ages 18–20, and £12.71 for ages 21 and over
