Purpose of Your Role

At Checkers & Rally’s, our mission involves making a positive impact by delivering exceptional service to Franchisees, Team Members, and Guests. As part of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring we remain the first choice for our Guests by enthusiastically delivering excellent guest service and speedy, bold food offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and enhance profits by fostering guest satisfaction.
• Report any guest concerns or suggestions to the General Manager promptly.
• Recognize and address the needs of our Guests effectively.
• Complete certification and cross-training across various roles within the restaurant.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maximize satisfaction for both guests and employees.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone in the restaurant.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in guest service or food preparation.
• Possess basic arithmetic abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts.
• High energy level to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
• Dedication to the core values: integrity, service, excellence, and courage to innovate and grow.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Food Safety Certification.
