About the Role

At Checkers & Rally’s, Team Members play a vital role in impacting the lives of our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As part of the Corporate Field Operations team, this position focuses on delivering an exceptional experience by delivering prompt service and bold, quality food to our Guests.

Primary Duties

• Enhance sales and profitability by promoting and ensuring Guest satisfaction
• Communicate any Guest concerns or suggestions up to the General Manager
• Recognize and address the needs of our Guests effectively
• Complete multiple position cross-training and obtain relevant certifications
• Follow established policies and procedures to boost satisfaction among Guests and employees
• Maintain a secure, sanitary, and enjoyable atmosphere for both staff and visitors

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Guest services or food preparation is preferred
• Basic proficiency in mathematics
• Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including extended hours
• Energetic mindset to match a fast-paced work environment
• Alignment with core values: integrity, service, excellence, boldness, and growth mindset
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Food Safety Certification is a plus
