About the Role

Join Pret A Manger as a full-time Team Member working 35 hours per week at our Harrogate location (4-6 James Street, Harrogate HG1 1RF, GBR). We are proud to deliver delicious food, organic coffee, and innovative ideas across over 750 shops in more than 20 countries. Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will be the welcoming face for customers, preparing freshly made food and maintaining a fast-paced and varied work environment driven by a passion for outstanding products, customer service, and teamwork.

Candidate Profile

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of £14.05, including the mystery shopper bonus.
• Additional £5 per hour for shifts starting between 3-5am after completing initial training.

Recruitment Process

• The hiring process consists of an initial phone screening followed by a 60-minute shop-based interview with the General Manager and team members.
