Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates using diverse online platforms.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates through tests.
• Advertise vacancies through job portals and social media channels.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and work closely with managers to anticipate recruitment needs.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with resume databases and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of sourcing methodologies and ability to apply sound judgment.
• Availability to work five days a week.
