Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is passionate about retail and places a strong emphasis on people-first leadership. You should be approachable, listen effectively, and foster team spirit and wide-ranging relationships that extend beyond the store. Strong qualities include the ability to anticipate opportunities, act decisively in the interest of colleagues and customers, thrive in a changing environment, and consistently deliver above expectations.
