Job Overview

Avoca Ireland is seeking a dedicated full-time Retail Team Leader to join their Malahide location on a permanent basis. This key role involves supporting the management team in various operational aspects and ensuring smooth daily store functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the department as assigned by management.
• Handling cash transactions accurately and performing cash reconciliation duties.
• Managing customer service, including addressing complaints effectively.
• Overseeing employee break schedules during daily operations.
• Assisting with store ordering processes.
• Supporting the management team with general and ad hoc tasks as needed.
