Job description
Role Overview
The Team Leader at HDFC Life Insurance Company plays a critical role in managing and developing a team of Insurance Advisors. The position entails recruitment, training, overseeing sales performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors and Financial Consultants, ensuring they complete all required licensing and training processes.
- Conduct continuous training sessions, including daily meetings and field coaching, enhancing the team's knowledge of HDFC Life products and sales techniques.
- Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual premium sales targets by supporting the team in lead generation and sales closure.
- Monitor and motivate team members, providing performance feedback and implementing recognition schemes to boost productivity.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering appropriate insurance solutions, addressing queries, and supporting policy servicing.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with IRDAI guidelines and company policies, maintaining proper documentation and ethical standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales performance reports regularly to management, tracking key performance indicators such as recruitment, activation, premium collection, and policy issuance.
