About the Role
Join Grand Hyatt Goa as a Team Leader in Housekeeping, playing a key role in ensuring the department operates smoothly according to Hyatt's international brand standards and corporate strategies. This position aims to uphold high-quality cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas, while addressing the needs of guests, employees, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
The Team Leader will assist in supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff to maintain stellar hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel premises, facilitating an exceptional guest experience.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, preferably.
- Have at least two years of experience within hotel operations.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, effective administrative skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.
