Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive Team Leader to energize our Portlaoise store. In this pivotal role, you'll assist the Store Manager, keep the team motivated, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied and smiling. When the Store Manager is absent, you will confidently oversee store operations to maintain smooth functioning with care.
Key Responsibilities
As a central figure in daily store operations, you will foster excellent customer experiences and promote commercial growth. You'll lead by setting strong examples of customer service and embodying our unique company values, while simultaneously nurturing the team's development and your personal skills growth.
