Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and positive Team Leader to enhance our store environment in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland. In this essential role, you will assist the Store Manager, motivate staff, and ensure every customer leaves with satisfaction and a smile. When the Store Manager is unavailable, you will confidently take charge to maintain smooth store operations.

Supporting team member development and honing your own leadership capabilities are integral parts of this position.
