Responsibilities

• Place customers at the center of your work, upholding our commitment to excellent service.
• Ensure every shopper feels welcome, impressed, and valued according to the Card Factory standard.
• Operate the tills efficiently with a positive attitude, assisting customers in finding everything they need and encouraging additional purchases.
• Restock and maintain visually appealing shelves.
• Promote our wide selection of gifts, wrapping materials, and other products beyond greeting cards.

Requirements

No previous retail experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Key qualities include a friendly and approachable demeanor, good communication skills, comfort with being on your feet during busy periods, and flexibility with work hours, including potential shifts across nearby locations.
